Villa Maria is a modern and clean 2 storey semi-detached villa with a pool and a really handy outdoor kitchen (plus an indoor one). It is located on a quiet street but within 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes and bars, with the beach around a 15 minute walk away.
We loved the outdoor kitchen and bbq and the inside space worked really well for us as a group of 3 families. Having 3 bathrooms was great and the washing machine was a bonus too!
It would have been good if there was a separate loo downstairs - there are 2 on the ground floor, but they are both in en suites.
Not a ‘didn’t like’, but a metal shovel and bucket for cleaning the bbq, and a dishwasher would be great additions too.

Pool and layout of villa was excellent. Communication with hosts was great! Really enjoyed our time at the villa, would recommend to all!
The location was good - not far from the beach and plenty of places to eat around the area.
Would definitely stay again!

The host Raul was very easy to contact and the property was lovely and clean. Pool was beautiful and is in a great location . Absolutely fantastic

Location was fantastic, ideally situated near to fabulous restaurants, bars and shops on the main strip.
Just a short stroll down to the front promenade and beach.
Ideal for all our family group aging from 20 to 85.
Only suggestion is, possibly, making the kitchen in the garage more attractive.
Maybe a kettle and a toaster in there will save guests having to keep moving them from upstairs kitchen to garage, especially for elder guests.
And a cupboard on the garage wall would give more storage space for cup, plates, dishes etc.
Again, avoiding the need to bring food and drinks from the upstairs kitchen and, hopefully, preventing any accidents.
