Welcome to Barwon Escape… Relax with the whole family or two, within this beautiful home that’s been thoughtfully furnished and decorated to ensure a sense of calm the minute you step through the front door. The home provides high-end accommodation, fit to serve as a home away from home whether it be for business or pleasure.
The Space:
Barwon Escape is a modern, spacious two-storey townhouse located in the Bellarine Peninsula suburb of Barwon Heads. You’ll be just a minute’s drive or a leisurely stroll to the Barwon River, Ocean Grove Beach and the main town centre on Hitchcock Avenue dotted with shops and local cafes. Take a dip in the bay, play a round of golf at The Barwon Heads Golf Club down the road, and then finish off with a meal at the renowned Barwon Heads Hotel.
The home itself features three bedrooms, two living areas and a single garage with space for another car in front of garage and plenty of free-street parking. The bedrooms, main bathroom, powder room and second living area are located upstairs whilst downstairs you have the entrance foyer, laundry with front loader washer, a second powder room and open plan living, kitchen and dining at the rear of the home.
The main bedroom is serviced by an ensuite with double vanities, a toilet and a large walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms have access to the main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity.
Sleeping Arrangements – All linen and towels are provided.
Bed 1 – King
Bed 2 – Queen
Bed 3 – Trio bunk (Double base and single top) and Single bunk
Upstairs Living – Fold-out sofa to double bed with innerspring mattress
The kitchen itself is a chef's delight with stone bench tops, a dishwasher, large 900mm oven with gas stove-top and access to a large pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials like pots pans, plates, cutlery and utensils and a Delonghi coffee machine, so you can cook up that special family feast. The coffee maker is compatible with Nespresso Original Pods. Please Note: Pods are not provided, you will need to bring your own.
Outside the entertaining can continue with a large gas BBQ and an outdoor dining setting for 6 adults.

In relation to temperature control, the property is fitted with air conditioners for heating and cooling all year round.
