About this house rental

Located in Marco Island, this attractive house for $186 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy the entire house to yourself with huge screened in back lanai. Furnished with lounge chairs and table for outdoor dining. Inviting built-in salt water pool with lots of space to lounge around and soak up the Marco Island relaxing sun. Beaches are beautiful white sugar sand and shelling is incredible. So much wildlife to enjoy too! Many state parks, tours, and such to experience the Everglades. Local tours provide fishing, shelling, and sunset rides too. Fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals and snacks. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms and newly remodeled kitchen. You'll find it very well furnished and comfortable to share on your relaxing getaway. The main bedroom has a king bed with attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom has a queen bed. Living area has a huge oversized couch for lounging and chairs to watch your favorite show or spend time inside resting from the sun. Home located in quiet residential neighborhood - 2 Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and wagon available for use - additional housekeeping during stay available for a small fee - WIFI available free of charge - Smart TV's with cable available in all bedrooms and living room - grill and propane available for guest use included - 2 car garage Public beach and boat ramp just minutes away. Pet friendly with prior approval and fee (dogs only....no cats) Several restaurants, groceries, and shopping close by. Grocery delivery, UberEats, DoorDash, Amazon, and Walmart is available for delivery services. Fishing, shelling, kayaks, beach, dolphin watching, ECO tours available near by. Golf cart friendly community with carts & bikes available for rent during stay within the Island. They deliver to the home Ring doorbell and security cameras have video/audio capabilities.* located at front door. *For added security, you will receive your own personal access code to the electronic deadbolt. Previous guests access codes are deleted upon departure. *Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $25 per dog per day with prior approval. (no cats) * Marco Island has a noise ordnance. This is strictly enforced. * 10pm-8am quite time * No parties, gatherings, or events * If authorities or police arrive below fee will be added. $500 fee added for vacation of above rules and laws Wednesday farmers market during season 7:30-1pm @central park Pool is heated to 87' year round for your swimming enjoy. Home has Smart TV's in living room and all 3 bedrooms.

My husband and I moved to Marco and had to find a VRBO to stay in until our new home was complete. Thank god we did!! The owners were so sweet and helpful with our timing… The home is newly renovated and so clean. Every detail was thought of. We loved the quiet neighborhood!!

Marco Island has been our vacation destination 1-2x a year for the past 5 years. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the house was lovely and offered everything we needed. The owners communicated several times to check on our stay and could not have been better to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Very lovely, well maintained house with everything that you need plus an exquisite pool. The neighbor and area are amazing. The beach is okay but has many rocks and hard bottom. Also the beach access is pretty bad, cannot find any parking and the only parking areas are fir the residents. The only way to access the beach with no problems is through Tigertail Park, pay $10 which is not bad; easy access to a Lagoon were nobody swims on it so be prepare to walk for almost a mile under the sun to access the beach, very ridiculous. We felt bad seeing families with kids and some of them crying. We decided next day to drive to Naples beach, wow what a different if the beach with lots of easy parkings. This was our first visit to Marco Island but definitely will not return, preferable to go to Naples or to our best spot Anna Maria Island! Big thanks to the owner of the house where we stayed, really enjoyable and had a great pleasure of staying there, highly recommended this house!
