Featuring panoramic ocean views, endless beaches, world-class shelling, swimming pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, fishing, beachside Tiki Bar and Clubhouse Dining Room, clay tennis courts, pickleball and fitness center. Do not list children in your reservation because they are free.

This condo is super-sunny with panoramic southern views facing Sunrise and Sunset on top floor (3rd floor) with elevator. ALL AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED -- NO SURPRISE CHARGES OR FEES -- THE AMOUNT YOU PAY VRBO IS YOUR TOTAL EXCEPT FOOD AND DRINKS.

Our Main Pool will be undergoing a full renovation beginning May 1. As a result, the Main Pool and Tiki Bar will be closed from May 1 through October 31 but the two other pools on the property and all free amenities will remain open and unaffected by the construction. Beach access will remain uninterrupted throughout the renovation period. Beach service, including daily umbrella and lounge setup, will continue near the clubhouse. The clubhouse restaurant will remain fully operational.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a private island resort with unique geographical remoteness our Boca Grande Club cancellation fees are non-refundable and no credits are issued for future stays:
Jan. 1 - April 30, 2026:
91 Days or more - 100% Refund
61-90 Days - 50% Refund
0-60 Days - No Refund
May 1 - Oct. 30, 2026:
31 Days or more - 100% Refund
0-30 Days - No Refund
Nov. 1 - Dec. 31, 2026:
91 Days or more - 100% Refund
61-90 Days - 50% Refund

Wonderful condo even nicer than the photos. Kind host. Very desirable spot on Gasparilla Island inside the Boca Grande club with great tennis instructors, pool, ocean direct access, restaurants.
