We loved the property and the staff were so attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great.

There was nothing we didn't like about the property

Beautiful room well designed and spacious very comfortable

The gym was very small and the equipment was not fully functional - breakfast could have been a bit more interesting

The area of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach and a 12 minute walk from the center. The hotel has opened a couple of months ago after a complete renovation. I strongly recommend it when visiting Carmel by the Sea.

The breakfast was relatively poor for the quality of the hotel. In addition, there was an extra charge for the coffee (espeso or capuccino), a fact which I found annoying, since the price of the breakfast could have easily included it. I am positive that such minor issues will be addressed from the hotel management. The rooms are comfy & new, however the sound insulation between the upper & lower rooms was not excellent.

Service and food were exceptional, everything has been recently renovated and is super comfortable. I was able to work remotely from the hotel and enjoy Carmel later in the day, with the beach just 1min away. The hotel is brand new and I can’t recommend it enough!
