Very comfortable room with en-suite option. Tidy and clean on arrival and a good secure check in on arrival. Friendly staff especially helpful Gent called Yog. Thank you

It’s overall quality was great
A small niggle where the provision of coffee was poor with a jar of Nescafé while hit chocolate lovers get a pod to use in a machine

Location was ideal, great for transport. Staff were very lovely. Kitchen seemingly well stocked if that’s something you’d be wanting to lose. Responded to queries quickly. Property itself largely clean and fresh feeling
Noise from other rooms was pretty significant, could maybe benefit from some notices to advise that the doors will slam if not closed properly. Sleep was extremely poor as a result but I can’t hold that against the property owners. Pillows are extremely thin and quite uncomfortable, although I personally found the very hard mattress great but I am sure that would be for everyone. My partner also found a pair of underwear behind the unit under the tv that had been left by someone previously
