The staff were excellent, especially Ali, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite throughout our stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, and overall it was good value for money.
The room felt quite stuffy, with no windows to let in fresh air. Noise from the reception area could be heard clearly, and when people spoke loudly, it often woke us up. The bathroom is a wet room with no extractor fan, so it didn’t ventilate well. It would also be helpful to have a few towel hooks on the wall to hang towels. The pillows were quite worn and could do with being replaced.

pretty cheap and private, ensuit, big garden with comfortable seating, in a nice area with shops and a lovely cafe nearby
was pretty dirty stains oncthe wall and mattress, bathrooms were a bit grim.
