The garden was a great place to hang in the shade. The house is full of all necessary amenities and facilities. Our lovely host Angela brought us fresh fruit from the market :)
The shower could use an upgrade, so the bathroom would not get wet, but it is nothing major at all.

We did not end up staying too long. 1 night out of 6 booked. So this review is from about 24 hours.
Angela, the host, is very nice.
Karydi beach is a short number of foot steps away (the small Karydi beach) and it is quite a nice beach. It was not our top pick for beaches on this 26 day trip around Kassandra and Sithonia but one of the better beaches. Small Karydi is not organized at all so is less crowded in Sept than you might think.
Owners left beach umbrellas and chairs for us to use which was great!
First we need to agree on some definitions. A villa is "a large and luxurious country house in its own grounds". A villa should be the ENTIRE house but this term villa gets abused. This is not a villa for rent. This is the ground floor apartment of a house where the owners (Angela and her husband?) live on the 1st floor (Greek counting or 2nd floor, USA counting). Being on the ground floor, you do hear the noises of the floor above you. Being on the ground floor, it was a bit dark inside for my tastes. In the evening, the mosquito comes out so dining on the table you see in the photo did not end well. There are many mosquito plug ins around the ground floor apartment so not likely you will be bitten inside. The shower is very basic. The kitchen (main door) is old style with a gap beneath (see picture) so not sealed. Internet was great till around 11PM then went to zero.
