Everything was perfect. Friendly staff very clean and spacious room, close to the ashram... I really had a great stay.

Very close to Prashanti Nilayam
Accessibility to nearby sightseeing places.
The food served in the dinner had lots of thick hair. Of course they did not charge for the biryani after saying the same but it would be nice if such incidents do not happen.
The breakfast served was stale - they served the previous day's sambar prepared almost 24 hours back. It was not even informed.
There's a lot of scope for the ambience and service to be improved.
It would be nice if the housekeeping staff clean the rooms every single day - not only after the guest's checkout.
There are some tiny insects on the bed and bedsheet. The staff/management should look into it.
