Location was good. Generally ok for singles. WiFi reception could be improved.

15min walking distance to the city.

It’s a different apartment shown on the pictures. Much smaller. Corridor light was out. Requires to turn on torchlight to see the key hole after dark. wifi reception was poor.

The location.

Very expensive for what you get. I paid over $200 AUD for a room with stains on the wall, mould on the stove vent and in the kettle. Price should be maximum $50

Terrible. I actually left before and booked a nice room for my last night in Tokyo. You can do better.

The only positive thing I can say is… actually there’s nothing. It was pretty bad. Whatever you think your budget is add 25%. You deserve better.

The mini apartment was damp and humid. The staff didn’t know the neighbourhood. There was rust in the metal door. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The water didn’t clear out effectively of the bathroom sink.

Bathroom was clean and easy to check in. Close to Shinjuku station. Quiet area.

Sheets smelled like sweat, we requested a change and they said they had no other sets. Wifi was very weak. Kitchen had basic utensils and no flat plates, only little bowls they use in restaurants to provide the white rice so if you want to have a big meal, you have to eat 3-4times using that small bowl. No chopping board/frying pan either. You can tell they never actually lived at the place.
