Clean, amazing pool area, great restaurant below the hotel.
Lack of fresh water provided/no water available unless for purchase, restaurant and hotel seemed disjointed, the self check-in machine was finicky to use and we were unsure what the payment was for at the end of checking in (13 EUR). Would also appreciate a reminder on the Booking.com app that the property corresponds with guests via WhatsApp and not the Booking.com app. North Americans don’t use WhatsApp very often, so I was struggling to find the door code information upon arrival as I forgot that they had messaged on WhatsApp.

The hotel was beautiful and set in a very nice town where you can get a local feel. Very quiet area and the pool area was amazing. Several restaurants to choose from. Would definitely return if we had to visit Mallorca again.

Comfortable large room
The main problem was the lack of breakfast on our second morning - no fruit, no yoghurt, no granola only half an hour after breakfast started.
The building noise was also disappointing but not the hotel’s fault.
