Door entry was easy and well explained. The room was decently sized and the bed was comfy. Parking was bang outside and plenty of space. The hotel was located centrally to Coldstream and across the road was a shop, Chinese and Indian. The microwave and kettle was a great touch as was the drawers inside the entry with all tea, coffee, milk, sugar biscuits etc, even note paper and pens!!! Brilliant ideas.... Oh I forgot to mention the iron and ironing board and mini fridge!!!
I can't really think of anything, maybe the only thing I can think was not having face to face staff BUT I knew I had contact numbers for if a problem arose.

The self check in was very simple and nice when you're super tired and to just let yourself in and make your way to your room. Everything was signed to show you where the room was and facilities.
Had a nice warm shower before settling down in my room.
The room had a microwave, TV, fridge, kettle etc so everything you could need and a coffee machine at the front door. The bed was comfy and I slept very well!

The lady when I arrived after a six hour journey told me come back at 3 pm. Surely room was ready at 2 pm when I arrived. She actually rang me twenty minutes later to say I could check in. Not impressed no where to hang your clothes no wardrobe.
