Amazing picturesque views from this island towards the sea. The hotel offers tranquility that you can enjoy whilst still being a decent distance away from the noise across the island in Gili T. They have a great spread of foods and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a Latin American restaurant available. Rooms were very spacious; our lawn and pool were in daily cleaning maintenance. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they took the effort to remember our names, making the stay experience feel more personal. Bikes are available for rent from the hotel to explore the island. We used the Bask transportation from Lombok Airport to the jetty which was about 1.5 hours away, and used the Bask boat to take us to the island from Lombok Jetty which took roughly 20 minutes. The boat arrived on shore pretty much next to the hotel lobby. The Bask staff took care of our luggage and transportation right from the start to the end, making this the biggest convenience for us. There are boats that cross the island to Gili Trawangan and a supply of vendors to take you on snorkeling adventures. Checking out the underwater statue is a must.
This is no fault of theirs but the seas can get a little rough and testy, which will impact visibility underwater when snorkeling in the beach or even crossing to the other islands. It's unavoidable but definitely not a deal-breaker.

Overall staff and facilities were good. Meals and location were excellent
The heavy base music. It started when we arrived, our room was close to main venue. The staff arranged a unit transfer. Staff are excellent. But I don't understand why the music genre was for 20 yo, and most people were in their 40's to 60's
