The room was spacious, the property had great facilities, and it was located in quiet area within a 10-to-15 minute walking distance of Central Station.
There are stains and damage on the carpet, marks on the wall, a broken bathroom basin and the oven is not working at all.

Good location can walk to the city and many attractions. We were driving to Sydney and needed a car parking space. Parking is on site. The kitchen was a bonus and the bed very comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent. Unlike so many other places Wi-Fi was really strong. Close to main gay areas of Oxford Street and Newtown. Great to have reverse air con as weather varied during our stay.

Great value for an apartment within walking distance to city. I was In Sydney for short work stay. Really comfortable bed, excellent Wi-Fi, Clean and spacious with plenty of light, the kitchen, washer-dryer, and aircon (great to have in both bed and living rooms) worked well. Also, on a quiet street. For me being a light sleeper that was great.
Free parking space was in the building, Appreciated the extra security that provided.
Functional gym and great rooftop pool.
Will definitely be staying again.
Everything was as described.

Pictures are obviously touched up as the apartment's interiors were older than what the photos show. Apartment is decent, but pricey for what it is.
Very few/scant amenities like soap, shampoo etc. We stayed at other self-catering style apartments this trip and were provided with much more of these amenities, and they all included a free cleaning which this apartment did not. Couch and carpet had several stains. The dryer wasn't connected to a vent that led outside so the bathroom and apartment was full of condensation. You couldn't use the stove top without opening up the balcony door because it would trip the smoke alarm which would incur a $400 fine on us - this seems ridiculously unfair. It would be a better idea to put in a better exhaust/vent system.
