Eigenlijk is alles ons ontzettend goed bevallen! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, waren we erg enthousiast over de villa. De villa was prachtig, ruim en comfortabel en zag er heel verzorgd uit. Het zwembad was heerlijk en absoluut een van de hoogtepunten van ons verblijf. We hebben hier dan ook volop van genoten!
Ook rondom onze aankomst was alles goed geregeld. We kregen de sleutels netjes op tijd en de communicatie verliep prettig en duidelijk. De key guy was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wanneer we een vraag hadden of ergens hulp bij nodig hadden, stond hij voor ons klaar en werd alles snel en netjes geregeld. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd.
We hebben met z’n allen een ontzettend fijn en ontspannen verblijf gehad en kijken met veel plezier terug op onze tijd in de villa. Het voelde echt als vakantie en we hebben volop kunnen genieten. Wat ons betreft is deze villa absoluut een aanrader. Wij komen hier dan ook heel graag nog een keer terug!
We hebben helaas last gehad van verstopte putjes. Later bleek de afvoer volledig verstopt te zijn, waardoor er water naar boven kwam op plekken waar dat niet hoorde. Gelukkig hebben de eigenaar en de key guy het probleem goed opgelost. Ze waren erg behulpzaam en hebben ons uitstekend geholpen.

It was great. The rep for the villa was very responsive. We had talked about the rental via text prior to leaving and upon arrival I text the rep and he immediately left to give us the keys even though we had arrived two hours prior to the initialy check-in times. It only took 10 minutes before we had the keys. Further to this there was a minor issue with the WIFI when we arrived but when I explained it to the rep they immediately got to work and had the issue resolved almost immediately.
The villa itself was fantastic and great value for money. It has a lovely position, great rep and great facilities and my family and I would love to come back.
In all honesty there was almost nothing wrong with the villa and I have nothing to complain about, it exceeded expectations. In order to make it perfect I would ask for two things. The first would be a BBQ, there's a plancha at the villa which was great, but I always want a BBQ when I go on these holidays. The second would be to get the slightly fiddly lock on the main door changed just for ease of access.
