Great villa, clean and well maintained, lots of space to relax, nice swimming pool, and very close to airport (7 minute drive). Easy to get taxis to/from and for delivery drivers to find. As our group was arriving/leaving at different times from/to different destinations, host was kind enough to accommodate early check-in at 9AM and late check-out at 8PM. Really easy to communicate with host if we struggled to find something inside the villa.
Villa required a deposit of EUR1,500 via cash or bank transfer (they don't have credit card facilities). Since we came from abroad, this just introduced a few extra steps/small fees to sort out (a credit card transaction wouldn't have these issues).

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De villa was prachtig, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk, reageerde snel op vragen en was erg behulpzaam. We voelden ons direct welkom en zouden hier zeker terugkomen.
We hebben eigenlijk geen negatieve punten ervaren. Alles was goed geregeld en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen.

This villa is excellent. It is in a great location, there is lots around and it is near all of the best attractions. The host was super helpful and always available to help. I would definitely recommend this for a group of friends or a family villa. If I visit Ibiza again, I will be booking this for sure!

Casa meravigliosa, con tutti gli accessori (asciugamani, coperte, piatti, posate,bicchieri, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, fono,etc) e posizione perfetta, vicino al centro di Ibiza ed ai locali, non lontano anche da alcune spiaggie molto belle come cala Tarida o ses salìnas. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Piscina bellissima e giardino grande. Tutto perfetto!
