The hotel is new, so everything is clean, neat, and still feels fresh and well-maintained. It’s located a little uphill from the beach. The breakfasts are quite good, and the beds are very comfortable.
It would be nice to have air conditioning in the room. Another thing to keep in mind is that the nearby beach, Paradise Beach, is public, so sunbeds come at an additional cost. One day I paid €30 for a sunbed at Principote, while on another day I got one at a different hotel for €10. So it’s worth factoring these extra beach expenses into your budget.

The location is great, the view obviously and the staff were very kind and cooperative.

The location, it’s close to the beach but otherwise a bit of a walk to the main strip. The staff are extremely helpful and had lots of suggestions/recommendations.
Breakfast is terrible! Don’t bother wasting your money.
