Location to restaurants and nightlife is great. It is close to Bora Bora beach but you have to pay to access beach and swimming by renting a daybed for approx 2000 LEK per couple. Owner is very friendly and responsive.
Wasn’t a huge deal, but there is no housekeeping which is a bit strange given you can’t flush toilet paper. We stayed three nights and it would have been nice to have a couple clean towels, have the garbage removed and more toilet paper.

Location to the beach was excellent, they had private parking, finishes were high quality, large bathroom and bedroom, all positives. Nice common veranda with sea view.
Not much natural light, only one real window that had no privacy so had to keep curtains closed. Very sparsely equipped. Only had one roll of toilet paper, no corkscrew until we borrowed one from the owner, no dish towels or paper towels.
