Great location, well laid-out room on the Strip. The room is privately owned (think in terms of an AirBNB), but the facility's staff handles the check-in for you along with other potential issues. I liked not having to pay a resort fee and the manager was in constant contact throughout the process, so I didn't feel like I was on my own.

It’s very central to all the fun spots on the strip, easy to get around, it’s beautiful and smells nice, the room was large and super comfortable, we loved the kitchenette and large bathroom. And we had an amazing view!
The pool is less than ideal, and the Aria pool was closed while we were there.
