Nice outlook over a park and pond. Neat kitchen with all you would need. The house is quite small but adequate for a short term let. Reasonably clean on arrival. Gardens neat and inviting. Large fenced deck to the rear of the property. Set up well for stays with pets. Large dining table with ample seating in main area. Good location for either park or beach.

Truly uncomfortable small vinyl sofa. Great for pets but not so great for humans to sit on. A little attention to under beds and sofas might be helpful.
