This cozy retreat is ideal for a solo traveler or couple, whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or an extended stay.
The tiny house features a unique double-loft layout. The main sleeping loft (8’ x 8’) includes a comfortable queen-size foam mattress, while the second loft (8’ x 5.5’) serves as a relaxing media nook with a large bean bag chair and TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures.
Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a private bathroom with an eco-friendly composting toilet. The home is built on a 24’ x 8’ trailer and is designed to maximize comfort and functionality in a compact space.
Guests also enjoy a private outdoor area with a picnic table, ideal for meals outside, morning coffee, or stargazing at night. This tiny house offers a peaceful, budget-friendly base for exploring the lush landscapes, black sand beaches, and unique communities of East Hawaiʻi.
