The set up of the room was phenomenal, and SO clean! Also, we were NOT expecting it to be as nice as it was, given that it's in downtown St Paul
The agent that I spoke to concerning the parking gave *as a garage* and had a HORRIBLE time understanding what she meant by "open garage". She kept saying "open garage". Garage to me means some kind of structure to protect cars/trucks, etc. We found it FINALLY, but it was NOT a "garage" but a parking "LOT"!! HUGE DIFFERENCE! PLEASE in the future, use the term "PARKING LOT! That's what it was, and then saying that it's NOT a "parking garage" it an "open garage ". At least the room was exceptional, along with the bed being AMAZING comfy!

Overall, it was clean and well-managed. The photos made the hotel appear more luxurious than it was. We found the rooms to be practical, clean, but somewhat minimalist. It was hard to get comfortable.
We were met by an irritated staff member when we first arrived. We did not have the proper door codes to enter, as the field in the email that provided them said 'invalid form'. The hotel smelled of smoke. Would've been nice to have a shelf in the shower to put shampoo and soap. Need blackout curtains that wrap around!
