Fix the hot water.

Location, right downtown St. Paul. Walking distance to many bars/restaurants!

Hot water was never hot, just luke warm. The hot tub was not even warm, when talking to the front desk about the issue, they stated they are aware of the issue and are working on it. Never got a chance to enjoy a nice hot tub as every time we went to check it was colder than the pool water. Took over 5 minutes for the shower in the room to get to an "okay" temperature. Very disappointed in the quality of the hotel for how much I spent

Nice location, but will never stay there again.

The staff were as helpful as they could be and the location across from the event center was very nice walk.

It is loud, kids screaming up and down the halls, and the elevator takes forever. When we wanted to just go have a nice drink and snack after the event I couldn’t even get into the hotel restaurant because I didn’t have my wallet with my ID on me. (I’m nearly 40yo, and trust me when I say I look it!) It was like trying to get into a club, which was wild because it’s the hotel restaurant? Which you would think they would prioritize hotel guests? Besides all that, you have to pay $25/night for parking, there was still garbage in our room when we got there (clothing tags on the floor), and they don’t have USB charging stations in the room the way a lot of modern hotels do. For the steep price of $325 a night, I expected a lot more from this place. If I only paid like a $100 for the room I wouldn’t care, but you are literally paying 5 star prices and getting 3 star service.

really liked this hotel. will stay again but make sure room location is better

location, parking, staff were excellent!!!

room location in hotel was right by road and elevators....very noisy....shower really sucked very little water pressure and took forever to adjust water temperature.

Parking ramp, no receipt after checking out from hotel. Told I would get an email receipt. Do I need to call for this.

Awesome location and overall a good property.

No complimentary breakfast offered which would be a great suggestion and a budget saver. The Hampton Inn across the street does offer free breakfast which is a big plus.

Prefer a complimentary breakfast.

Very bad customer service

.not a damn thing cause we were not able to stay thanks to hotel management

Nothing cause I was not able to attend my concert cause they would not except cash for the deposit after I paid in full on booking here for the room so I ended up losing the cost of the room and also losing the cost of the concert tickets cause there was no rooms available at any other hotel around that area. So I am very angry that the hote lwouldn't even refund me the hotel room cost

Modern and friendly

A nice modern and clean hotel. The staff were really helpful and we felt well taken care of. The pool area was a big bonus. Big spacious room with more bed space than we needed. We have nothing to complain about. The restaurant in the same building was grwat too!

housekeeping was in the hall shortly after 7 am. They woke us up with all the noise and loud talking. A shelf in the bathroom was broken.
