Arriving at night, made it difficult to find villa as the entrance road is not on Google maps. There was only air conditioning in bedrooms

Jedyne co było dobre to lokalizacja

Ten apartament w mojej ocenie w ogóle nie powinien być oferowany na Booking w takim stanie i z takim opisem. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że klimatyzacja nie działa w sposób, jakiego można oczekiwać po obiekcie oferowanym jako klimatyzowany. Nie było żadnego kontaktu z właścicielem, wyłącznie z firmą obsługującą obiekt. Początkowo poinformowano nas, że ktoś zostanie wysłany do naprawy. Po czterech godzinach i kolejnym telefonie pracownik obsługi stwierdził, że klimatyzację można uruchomić, ale za dodatkową opłatą, płatną poza Booking. Nie zgodziłem się na to, nie ze względu na wysokość opłaty, ale dlatego, że zapłaciłem za obiekt o określonym standardzie i nie zamierzałem dodatkowo płacić za coś, co powinno być częścią zarezerwowanej usługi. Ostatecznie klimatyzacja była uruchamiana tylko od godz. 20:00 do 8:00 oraz od 14:00 do 16:00 i działała wyłącznie w sypialni. W salonie, kuchni i przedpokoju klimatyzacji nie było w ogóle. W ciągu dnia temperatura wewnątrz dochodziła do około 34°C, a w nocy 30°C. W praktyce po godzinie 8 rano nie dało się normalnie przebywać w apartamencie i trzeba było wychodzić na zewnątrz pod parasol. Nie można było komfortowo przygotować i zjeść obiadu ani wieczorem usiąść w salonie i obejrzeć tv. Przy takich temperaturach pobyt z małym dzieckiem był szczególnie uciążliwy. Firma obsługująca obiekt nie rozwiązała problemu mimo zgłoszeń. Sam apartament jest dodatkowo bardzo zużyty i wymaga remontu. Wyposażenie jest mocno wyeksploatowane, oświetlenie bardzo słabe, w kuchni znajduje się puste miejsce po lampie, a w łazience pojawiały się karaluchy. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pobytu, standard obiektu był zdecydowanie nieakceptowalny. Zdjęcia i opis na Booking nie oddają rzeczywistego komfortu pobytu. Największym problemem nie było nawet samo zużycie apartamentu, lecz brak możliwości normalnego funkcjonowania w środku z powodu temperatury oraz próba pobrania dodatkowej opłaty za korzystanie z klimatyzacji.Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

De rust, de ruimte en de ligging

Helaas waren er geen basics in het huis zoals; zout&peper, olie, body wash, wasmiddel of bijvoorbeeld vuilniszakken.
