The property was ideal for us for a family get together, great spot with lovely views and it was big enough for the 10 of us. Everything we needed for our two night stay, also great vegan chippy nearby and the food was amazing!
Nothing to do with the property but as it’s a shared building the couple above us kept us awake most of the night arguing, which was not ideal!!

Great location, good easy access and communication throughout our stay.
Cleaning whilst on the whole was very good a few bits let it down, empty wine bottle in top draw of bedside cabinet, urine stains around seat to bowl connection.
Lack of hooks in bathroom for towels when showering etc, view from room windows was not good and ideally the bottom section of each window could be filmed as nothing to look at. We found a pair of sunglasses at back of sofa and bedding does not fit especially the bottom sheet.

The facilities, the location were all great! They even have hoovers and high chairs ready on common areas. The room we had had a nice touch and had a lot of space.
There were broken glass shards on the carpet. We had to hoover them and made sure none were on the floor for the kids to step on. That's the only gripe we had.

Property was clean and accessible but only on parking bay for numerous flats.
No washing machine or drier. Poor parking availability and badly serviced by management.
