The house is in a perfect location and is well provisioned and maintained. The backyard is a perfect getaway and the eclectic interior has plenty of room for people to spread out and relax.

The property is absolutely beautiful, spanking clean, so thoughtfully supplied and arranged, and 1/2 block off Duval. We are a large family group ranging from 4 to 59 and everyone loved it. Communication with the property manager was near instantaneous. Would happily stay again!

Communication with host was great, quick to respond and very accommodating. House comfortably hosted a party of 10 with multiple gatherings spaces indoors and out as well as quiet alcoves for reading/reflection. Location was 2 blocks from Duval and all the action. Walking distance to great restaurants, stores, theater, & Mallory square. Great spot for 5 couples to enjoy a long weekend and make some memories.

We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday at the beautiful pink house. The size was of the house was great, it accommodated 4 generations. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we needed. The pool was warm and was enjoyed by all of us. We are so glad we found the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a great weeklong stay with the family. The house had that Key West feel that we wanted. Location cannot be beat with walkability to just about everything. Convenient small grocery store one block over for all we needed. James was very responsive!

James was amazing to work with! He set up our golf cart rental and checked in with throughout our stay. The house was wonderful and having the pool is a big plus. James helped us with staying in the home longer to hold our luggage for our late departure. Definitely recommend this home for your stay.

A group of friends of over 20 years stayed here together to share quality time during Fantasy Fest week! Our most cherished memories were made around the table and at the pool. The house comfortably fit 14 of us and was just steps to the parade route on Duval Street. It was a charming, beautiful home convenient to the bar/shopping area and we would absolutely rent here again. Thanks, James & crew for your hospitality and quick communication.

We had a phenomenal stay at this house. We were able to walk to do everything we wanted to do. The hosts were kind and very quick to respond to questions. The kitchen and main living area is up a flight of stairs; just something to note if you have guests with mobility issues. However, the first floor has bathrooms, coffee makers, microwaves, dining table and living area with couches and a television, so going upstairs isn’t exactly necessary. The backyard and porches were fabulous. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was very clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again. :)

Great property, no need for a car to get to all of the interesting areas on Key West. Enjoyed all of the unique rooms and the old time character of the property. Responsive owner and easy check in.

Our group of 12 friends had a fantastic time at this property. The location could not be better, it’s an easy walk to all of the main attractions of Key West. The house is great and we especially enjoyed the pool!

I rented this property to celebrate my sisters engagement. It was perfect location with plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us girls. We loved how helpful and kind the staff was in allowing us to leave our suitcases at the bed and breakfast next door before check in was available and after check out while we waited for our flight! The property was clean and true to listing!

Skeleton House was perfect for our group of (4) couples. We all had our own bedroom & bathroom. 1 block off Duval and noise was. Or an issue. Great porch and balcony to watch everyone coming and going. Mia and Jamie were very responsive to any questions we had. Special thank you to Mia for helping get a laptop returned to Fort Myers. Cheers! Great job!

House was very clean and exactly what we needed to house 11 of us. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to everything and only 20 steps from Duval St. very tight parking so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a car but other than that this house is perfect.

The property is very nice, and the house is big and well furnished. Location is perfect. We were a group of ten, and I was partially there on business. The house was big enough to provide me with privacy for business meetings and the storage of my production equipment. I was able to conduct my work without interrupting the flow of our group. The house is historic and the pool ads from a ton of fun. As expected there were some issues with things like the master A/C, the frig, and a pool light, but management took care of it immediately. What couldn't be resolved was healed in terms of getting a credit. Top notch. Five stars. Will return.

We had an amazing time. We came for a sailing race and the location was perfect and we could fit the whole crew in the same house which made it super easy. Highly recommend x

It is very nice location and good dining room and Family room; I had a good communication with Owner for my daughter arriving earlier at the first day. but one of the bedrooms in the second room smell bad for old cabinet, the parking lot is very small for only two cars. It is not good for a big family.

The property was great! The location is perfect! Located right off duval st walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. I stayed with 12 of my friends for a bachelorette party and there Was plenty of room to sleep and hang out ( inside and out). The property manager haytham was awesome and extremely helpful and attentive when we asked for something or needed something fixed or taken care of. They were very flexible with check in and check out time , and answered any questions/ concerns we had. I would highly reccomend this house to anyone. .
