Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

The condo was ok overall, but there are not queen sized beds in the master suite. We are both over 6ft tall so I always look for queen sized or larger wherever we stay. My wife's feet were hanging off the end of the bed and we could not fit side by side in the same bed. (We had to sleep in our queen sized guest room bed for 4 months when a tree fell through our house so we know these were not that large.) We weren't happy having to sleep in separate beds for the first time in 40 years. Also, the master suite door does not lock so there is no privacy. We had to lock the water closet to change since we were staying with our grandkids who don't always knock. The views were great and the other rooms were fine. We loved the rooftop patio for tanning while the youngest grandson napped. Check in was easy and they had the parking pass at the gate so you can go to the pool or to Oceans restaurant if you arrive before check-in. They were also very good with communication. Edgewater is our favorite place to stay in PCB so the neighborhood was excellent as usual.Like others said, the vertical blinds have missing slats since they're original from 40 years ago. We've been coming to Edgewater annually for almost 40 years so we are pretty familiar with what has changed over the years and the blinds have not been replaced. Hotel like black out curtains would be much better. Overall it was a nice stay, we just wouldn't do it again unless they put larger beds in the master suite.
