Location was close to the main street with a great view of Morro Rock right out our window. Price was competitive. The host was extremely accommodating and nice. The room and bedding was very clean. The amenities included toothbrush and toothpaste, which was great because we had forgotten ours. Overall experience was good and would stay here again if needed.
The beds were very firm and not very comfortable to us. There was no remote in the room so we couldn't use the TV. The air unit was right next to one of the beds, so if a second party slept on that side in that bed (2 queen beds), they would have difficulty getting out of bed. We could not locate an elevator, apparently only stairs at this property.

Toilet kept backing up, they gave me a plunger, to plunge myself, was not happy, for 220 $ I shouldn't have to plunge the toilet.

Quiet
The manager called 15 minutes before we checked out to make sure we were leaving. RUDE. And we were already out of the room. Plus bathroom smells like mold
