Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. We really appreciated having A/C as we visited when it was 36 degrees! Self check-in was easy to follow, although there is quite a bit of pre-registering to do to get set up with the access code. It was also helpful that there is a supermarket 2 mins walk away! Overall, would recommend as an affordable option to stay in Verona.
Location was a bit far out from the centre, although there is a bus stop right outside which is very convenient as the walk into town was too long.

Coffee available, air-conditioning, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows.
The cleaning would be better. The toilet paper was not enough.
