I had such a lovely time! The host, Emmi, made me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delightful mix of pastries, marmalade, bread, juices and local cheese, all really excellent. Plus, the location is in a completely quiet residential area, just a 15-minute walk into the heart of Verona. I’m definitely planning to return and enjoy another relaxing stay.

Breakfast was mainly OK and the outdoor terrace for breakfast was nice. Bed was very comfortable.
We were not met on arrival though we arrived at the time we provided. Accessing the room was impersonal and very tedious, with 3 different access codes required to be inputted before reaching the room. Position up a steep hill (no pavement/sidewalk) would be difficult for some visitors. Wobbly table at breakfast. Large dead fly attached to a piece of cheese at breakfast - only just noticed by my partner before I ate it! Bathroom needed an upgrade. Shelf in the shower was falling off.
