Comoda, non manca nulla
In più ha una posizione fantastica
Non è vero che è così rumorosa anche perché le finestre hanno vetri camera nuovi
Chiaramente quando passa il tram si sente
Ma questo ritengo che avvenga in tutta la città
Comunque tornerei senz’altro
La pulizia per i miei gusti un po’ carente soprattutto le stoviglie della cucina secondo me un po’ sporche

Posizione centralissima e super servita. Appartamento molto curato e spazioso con tutti i confort. Aria condizionata gestibile separatamente in ogni stanza.
Si sente la metropolitana, ma è decisamente un piccolissimo disturbo

Appartamento ben arredato e nuovo, in posizione eccezionale.
Purtroppo l’appartamento è rumoroso, sia per fattori esterni (ovviamente non dipendenti dalla proprietà), che per aspetti interni: dalle pareti della cabina armadio esce un rumore continuo di acqua che gocciola - immagino un tubo interno non ben isolato - che francamente è fastidioso al punto da impedire il sonno per chi, come me, ha bisogno del silenzio. Purtroppo, poi, l’appartamento non è bel isolato dagli altri, pertanto se capitano vicini maleducati - come nel nostro caso , al piano superiore - ci si trova non poter dormire fino alle 4,30 del mattino.

The location it was convenient. The air con 10/10. The bed super comfortable.
The stairs with a heavy case were difficult. Whilst the lock is a great safety and easily acceptable feature, technology sometimes fails.
