Room was great and very comfortable. The location was great as you can easily access the train. Overall it was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The facilities are adequate.
- We were asked to review the hotel on google in exchange for free early checkin.
- The hotel's name implies that it is in Namba. It is NOT. It is on the edge of one of the worst neighborhoods. My bad for not digging deeper into the address, but I feel like they purposely mislead you.
- They also operate a hostel with a very similar name. Be sure not to confuse them.
- It's a very touristy hotel.
- The neighborhood feels sketchy, the only place out of six cities where I felt this during our three weeks in Japan.
