- Staff is friendly and accomodating, they are quick to respond through booking.com
- The appartment is very affordable for the m2 u get, it is very basic though.
- Location was very central, near several metro stations
- Despite the very central location, it is however situated right between the red light district and the homeless shelter. We did have some disturbances by homeless people while walking to the hotel.
- There isn't much to cook with, even though there is a kitchen. There is nothing to wash your dishes with or any kitchen utensils, keep that in mind if your planning on cooking. U get 1 pan, 2 bows, 2 sets of chopsticks and 2 forks.

Nice and new appartment with all amenities (washing machine, kitchen) available.
Location could be a turn off for some as this is in the Nishinari ward.
