Fantastic location, so handy to great public transport and Circular Quay. Good communication.
Not much natural light. Rooftop pool is very tricky to access. Could be cleaner.

Seperate room for kids. Has everything you need for a week apart from your food. Close to trains, trams, ferries, metro supermarket, botanic gardens etc. washing machine (although it had a glitch during our stay)
Dust from the air con on lots of surfaces. Location meant eating out after 5pm was harder to find open establishments that weren’t expensive. A short tram ride or solid walk reqd. (There were possibly some not listed on google maps I missed)
