The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. For the price it's hard to beat. They had a washer/dryer as well which was great. The locations good as well, it's easy to get to all parts of LA from there.
Communication from management wasn't great. The lockbox code wasn't sent ahead of time so I was left waiting for ~30 mins outside the place. After a long drive that wasn't fun. Separately, they don't seem coordinated in their communication. At one point I was talking over three different messaging platforms to an unknown number of people. They all were asking me similar questions too which was a little funny to be honest.
