It was perfect. We rented the house for daughter’s orientation at EIU. It was quiet, clean, and very relaxing.
It is a little difficult to find at nighttime because the area is very dark, but that is no fault of the property owner.

Absolutely fabulous place. I wish we could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed. All new and beautifully decorated.

If you need a place to stay in the Charleston area, this house is ideal!
I stayed 2 nights and arranged for the third so that as family came into town, we had a place to gather in the afternoon before our student's graduation from EIU that evening. It was a perfect home base. The two bedrooms are airy and clean with great outlet accessibility for charging all of your devices. The kitchen with washer and dryer was a huge convenience as I was coming from overseas and wanted to be able to pack less and just do laundry. The couches and chairs in the entry and living room are comfortable and spacious. The furniture in the back yard with the fire pit and fire wood was such a perk! It was the perfect place to connect as a family for a couple of days.
Absolutely nothing needs to be improved upon. It is clear that the company or property manager has already thought of everything. From amenities like dish and laundry detergent to thoughtful touches like the fire pit starter kit out back, everything was perfect.
