Clean and well presented, but not for us.

Apartment was clean and well presented. Gym was good. But, that's as far as it goes.

The handover was rushed and not clear. We had to log into an app to access the downstairs pool and gym, use bracelets to get in and out of doors and fobs to use the car park. To get in and out of the property was very complicated to navigate. The rooftop pool, as lovely as it was when we finally found it, lacked any atmosphere. Apartment location is in quite a run down area. There was no local information in the apartment E.g local supermarkets, bars, restaurants. Bar on roof closed, bar on ground floor closed. We were supposed to be there for 3 nights. We stayed for 1 night and left the next day. There was no attempt to meet us the next day to assist leaving the car park with out using the fobs. We had to load the car, use the key fob to exit the car park, then access the property again, use the lift to the 5th floor so we could return all keys back to the apartment. Not a good experience at all.
