Ho soggiornato qui col mio compagno e il nostro cagnolino. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La stanza era molto bella, accogliente, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.
L'host è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.
La posizione è ottima, nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, perfetta per visitare Napoli e vivere l'atmosfera autentica della città.
Ci tornerei sicuramente!
La struttura si trova nella parte alta del quartiere, un dettaglio che regala anche un po' di tranquillità rispetto alle zone più trafficate; per raggiungerla al c'è un tratto in salita, quindi il rientro dopo una giornata in giro richiede un po' di energia in più.

Air conditioning, very helpful host, ambiance, nice bed, fridge. For some the location, right next to the Maradona fan site, alot of restaurants and shops nearby.
Noise from above and bellow neighbours, noise insulation from outside is awful. Bathroom really needs a renovation (mold, watter that escapes the doors reaches the main living quarters). A bit hard to access (really narrow staircase), a whole lot of stairs which may challange the unfit or handicaped. Would also recommend that the host verifies the consumables after each customer :)

Il quartiere non è dei più tranquilli, nonostante lo abbiano riqualificato dopo la mezzanotte diventa pericoloso rientrare a piedi.
Lo stabile è molto datato, con scale ripide e strette per arrivare alla stanza.
Anche in appartamento ci sono alcune cose da segnalare: il rubinetto del lavandino traballava e perdeva, la porta della doccia é poco stabile e sul soffitto della doccia c’era della muffa. Capisco che il prezzo sia basso, ma questi sono dettagli che andrebbero sistemati prima di ospitare persone in modo professionale.
