Perfectly nestled just yards from the dune crossover with views of the water and the golf course to the beach in the Palmilla Beach Club and Golf Resort, this spacious and well-appointed vacation home is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a relaxing escape. This oceanfront retreat features four comfortable bedrooms (two kings, two queens), a bunkroom, an elegant living area with high ceilings and exposed beams, and built-in Sonos speakers complete with a Frame TV, where you can unwind in total luxury after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing your favorite meals, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying them together. The home boasts a private pool, a rare feature in Palmilla, along with a private gas fire pit, a wrap-around second-floor patio with more built-in Sonos speakers, and winding stairs that lead to an outdoor crow's nest, big enough for 10 people to hang out, catch up, and enjoy a view of the ocean. Spend your mornings sipping coffee while watching the waves and enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Stay home and take a dip in the private pool (that turns into a party tub at night with jets and lights), or go explore, head out to the beach, or visit the Oasis, the largest and fanciest swimming pool in all of Port Aransas that's only a quick golf cart ride away. If you're headed to the beach, don't forget to fill your cooler with complimentary ice from the commercial-grade ice maker in the home's portico, reserved exclusively for you, before you head out! With its super convenient location on the island, you'll have easy access to the area's stunning beaches, exciting outdoor activities, local attractions, and delicious dining options. Spend your days basking in the sun, building sandcastles, or swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. For outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy fishing charters, kayaking, bird watching, and golfing. Indulge in fresh Gulf seafood and experience the friendly, laid-back atmosphere of this vibrant beach town. The house comes with your very own golf cart to tool around the community and drive into town. Don't miss the opportunity to take your guests to Winton's Island Candy shop on S. Alister Street, just a brief drive from the house, for a nostalgic old-fashioned candy store experience with a variety of sweets, fudge, and delicious treats! Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
