With its prime location, you'll have easy access to Newport's renowned attractions, exquisite dining, and captivating waterfront. Your unforgettable vacation awaits. The 3BR loft features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living area where you can gather with friends before hitting the town! This inviting space also offers three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, luxurious linens, a dresser, closet, and an iron for your convenience, as well as two full bathrooms. One parking pass is provided, and if needed, there is ample parking available directly across the street for $25 per day. Experience comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable stay at our delightful downtown loft. This loft is located in a mixed use brownstone. On the first floor there is the beloved Zelda's restaurant, known for serving quality seafood and steaks in a lively and inviting atmosphere. This 3BR loft is located on the second floor. On the third floor we have another 4BR loft, also available to rent. Please let us know if you need more space, as well also rent them as a combined 7BR to larger groups. Note: - 1 Free parking pass Included. Extra parking available across the street at $25/day. Managed by a third party - Pets-allowed. There is a $150 pet/fee. Maximum 2 pets and should never be left unattended. All pets must be approved by management - Absolutely no parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation - No smoking of any kind - Missing parking pass will be charged a $75 fee

After seeing several MICE several times, we emailed the property manager, since they have never given us a phone number, and have been ignored. No response to the email and this is day 4! Again, you can’t call anyone and they don’t respond to email. Very disappointed in the owner/property management company. We will not be staying there again. Also the only TV we could get to work was the family room on. And that is only streaming and we couldn’t watch the Ryder Cup or NFL. Very disappointed!

Spacious three bedroom two bath. Very large unit with room to move about and not feel like we were cramped together.

Condo was very nice and location was good. The steps to the condo are somewhat difficult when carryover luggage, the limited bath towels provide were of poor quality and there were no remotes for the tv’s in the bedrooms. We contacted management regarding this but never received resolution. We were provided with a parking permit which did provide us free parking on the street and we never had a problem finding a spot close by.
