This Loft is located in the center of Newport and situated above Brooks Brothers at the Brick Market Place. This Loft has 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, each Loft features a private balcony that is accessed through the master bedroom along with a spacious living area. The open concept floor plan unites the kitchenette and living areas. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The kitchenette features a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, convection microwave/oven and coffee maker. The kitchenette comes fully stocked with cookware, flatware and drinkware. The dining area seats 6 and kitchenette island seats 4. This Loft also features a full size stackable washer/dryer along with beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy Newport's beautiful beaches. ***Cancellation Policy*** Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Guest agrees to the following: To complete a booking, Guest is required to submit an online Guest Identity Verification form. A copy of a government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival. Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. We loved our stay here for our family of 5. So much space and such a wonderful property. Every bit as nice as it looks online. Loved the balcony. Absolutely can't beat the location. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about the condo and even learned to cook in the confection oven. My daughter is a home chef and it was just surprising there was no stove. I should have looked harder at the amenities........

Everything about the place was perfect, location is right in the heart of everything, the balcony is great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening all while watching people stroll down Thames St. The loft was more spacious than it looked online and it was nicer than a lot of hotel rooms. Everything looks almost brand new, including clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and new applicances (keurig, ninja blender, etc). Would love to come back and stay again ASAP

Very clean and well-decorated property that is within walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars in Newport. Perfect set up for a group setting! The rental company was very responsive to questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

My four girlfriends and I spent the night in this gorgeous condo. Everything here was top of the line and we were all very impressed with it. Only somewhat negative comment would be is that we were asked to throw out the trash however we could not locate any dumpster or place to dispose of it. Other than that, it was a perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy all the great shopping and restaurants in Newport.
