All parking and checkin instructions will be sent the morning of your stay We are always available to help how we can, wether it be needing sheets or suggestions on where to eat, just ask!!! Located right next to Washington Square, you are walking distance to everywhere in Newport. Downtown, Broadway, ocean views are all just a quick walk away!! Parking: There are 2 parking spots for the 5 units that are first come first served basis. There is street parking available but 2 hr parking from 8am - 6pm. There is also a parking lot on Mary St just around the corner.

I took my daughters and dog for 2 nights so that we can visit Salve Regina University. The unit was perfect in location, comfort, spacious and tastefully decorated. They provided all the amenities of a hotel stay with plenty of towels and stocked bathroom. It is located 2 blocks from piers and bustle of the shops and restaurants on Thames Street. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, sprawling two bedroom upper floor apartment. Limited parking in a hard to park neighborhood. Kitchen is large but sparsely stocked.

We were in town for a family wedding. Great spot close to all downtown Newport has to offer. Property was very clean. Had an issue with the TV that Matt was able to get resolved for us.

The property was wonderful and we totally enjoyed ourselves. And would book this again. A suggestion would be to put something in the upper window in the bathroom as to have some privacy while showering. And maybe some matching china in the kitchen????? Just to be nicer... Bowls for mixing. We had a difficult time just making scrambled eggs!

This was a great apartment for our quick trip to Newport. Within walking distance to all the action, which was great. The bathroom has been nicely renovated with a large, walk-in shower. The whole apartment is larger than it looks in the pictures. We would stay here again!

This unit was just like the photos. Cute, charming place. It's an older building so there were some quirks but the owner was extremely helpful and super quick to reply. The location is so close to everything in walking distance.

Nice apartment - great location
Overall great property - nice and clean, easy access to everything in downtown Newport. We enjoyed our weekend there. The only thing to note is that the ACs in the rooms are not the best - it was ok for us because the weather was good. It will be challenging during hot summer days.

We could not check in on Sunday until 4:00. The prior occupants apparently didn’t leave until much after noon and left the premises a real mess. We arrived at 3:00 and the cleaning women were, maybe, one-third into cleaning. Bringing out at least 40 opened and unopened liquor cans in cardboard boxes. Obviously, partiers, which was against the contract rules. There was broken breadbox in the kitchen, broken table rollers in the bedroom, a window being held open in the dining area by a Koenig coffee holder so they could smoke, again against the rules. No ironing board and the cable didn’t work. On day one, we asked for towels because we only had four…there were 6 people there. We needed more towels for the four days and had no idea who or how contact someone until, luckily, we took a chance with an email to Matthew (thanks to my daughter in law). By then, we were leaving the next morning. The premises looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The patio area was dirty and no hot tub…not that we would have gotten in it due to cleanliness. Matthew seemed like a nice guy when he came over our last night with three towels and no solution for the nonworking tv system. It was better then staying in a hotel because we wanted to stay together in a homey feeling place. But, I will not use VRBO again. I will find a vacation house on my own. And, I’m also mad at myself thinking that your service fee would ensure a great place to enjoy our vacation…never again. A refund of the service fee should be sent to my account because it was a joke. My mistake!!!!
