Meanwhile, adventure awaits with the inclusion of two blowup kayaks and two paddleboards, offering endless opportunities for exploring the surrounding waters. Ideal for families, the property boasts three giant lawns on nearly one acre, allowing kids to play freely while adults unwind. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: A Ring Doorbell sits outside the front door. There are two surveillance cameras that are located on the front of the home, pointing at the driveway, and one on the back of the home, pointing toward the water. Dock details: Private dock Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We had a nice stay there for a long weekend. The view was awesome. There wasn't a lot of pans and things to cook with but not everyone cooks as much as I do.

We totally enjoyed our stay on Fletcher Cove. We were babysitting our granddaughter while our son and his wife worked. The house was ideal in allowing everyone space to spread out including temporary office space for them. We enjoyed great views and relaxing times on the dock. My children were able to take out our granddaughter in the kayak. Bainbridge has a great downtown with shops and restaurants. The grocery store was convenient and lots of options for eating at home if you wanted. The island has terrific parks and we visited all of them with our granddaughter. The children’s museum is not to be missed if you have children with you. Our only hiccup was with the auto door locks being inconsistent in opening. Hopefully that can be addressed with the next visitors. Definitely recommend the house in Fletcher’s Cove.

The property is beautiful and huge. There were not enough seating outside for the max people of 10. The one person kayak has a leak and couldn’t be used. There is no mention of a mud flat during low tide in the ad.
