Everything was totally 100% top quality & SO VERY CLEAN. Location & staff were amazing! I AM RETURNING THIS WEEK WITH my daughter & her husband from VA. A huge plus for us was being able to have our little yorkie with us. My husband had just finished chemo & radiation for brain cancer at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa & this was a perfect set up where we didn't even have to leave the room if we didn't want to. We love this place! I have previously rented beach front in Madeira Beach but no more...you all are our #1 beach spot now!

The pool closing at 9. The staff was cold and didn’t even say good morning

Cleanliness, refills for any things you needed.
One night people next door were
Making noises at 4am.
Have to pay resort fee and than resort fee taxes.

Excellent location, wonderful view.
Great rooms, but terrible reception.
The hotel was relatively empty; I asked for a paid late checkout, but they told me they couldn't accommodate it. Checkout is at 11:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM—that’s 5 lost hours! At 11:10 AM, a very rude young woman from the front desk called me, scolding us because we hadn't left yet! I will not be returning!
