Great pool, air con per room and easy to control, extra bedding in cupboards, great bathrooms, reactive hosts, early key pick up, sea and Calpe rock views, sun on the pool until 19.30 (in July), well stocked kitchen, clean and tidy place, parking for 2 cars, nice annexe, 2x washing machines (we couldn't get them to drain though so clothes rather wet!), WiFi, quiet atmosphere, outdoor fridge, bbq great although bbq area separate to the pool (round the corner)
As with most Interhome managed properties, the sun beds need updating! We had 3x newer ones but the place sleeps 8 and the other, really old, sun faded, splitting sun beds need to be replaced.
The gas for the bbq was not topped up before we arrived so it ran out part way through. Refilled within a day but didn't help us that evening when we tried the bbq.
Only 5 indoor chairs for an 8 sleeper villa. Tv doesn't rotate so can't see it from the sofa.
Mosquitoes make outdoor eating difficult.

Extremely modern clean and spacious villa. Superb bbq area and pool side with spectacular views. Quiet area but close enough to access the town and beach front of calpe within a few minutes taxi ride for approx 10 euros. The exceeded our expectations and made such a wonderful trip. Hard to put into words how excellent this villa was.
Ideally the sunloungers on pool side could be replaced to fit the modern theme of interiors and consideration of 8 to support all adults enjoying a lounge together but nothing a towel on the tiled floor or sit on chair didn't solve...certainly didn't ruin our trip. The villa is located up hilly windy roads therefore walking back and forth was hard work in the heat🥵
