Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Fabio was an excellent host, easy to communicate with and super helpful with everything- from helping with luggage to shopping and restaurant recommendations and getting a taxi to the train station. Would definitely stay again!

El alojamiento está ubicado en el mejor sitio posible: a 90 segundos andando de las Piazza Navona: Pero, está en un callejón tranquilo por lo que no se oye ningún ruido y se puede dormir tranquilamente.
El alojamiento estaba muy muy limpio: el baño, la cocina, el dormitorio, el salón... estaban impecables. Hay de todo lo que pueda necesitarse (secador de pelo....)
El alojamiento era amplio lo que le hacía mas confortable.
Fabio, el propietario, es muy amable y servicial. Acudió a entregarnos las llaves, nos dio indicaciones sobre la ciudad, nos escribía para saber si necesitábamos algo, ...; Y nos dejó hacer un checkout a las 12h00 (en lugar de a las 10h00), lo que nos resultó muy práctico para poder ir directamente al aeropuerto sin necesidad de estar con las maletas por la calle. Por cierto, también nos permitíó entrar dos horas antes de la hora oficial del checkin.
Lo recomendamos sin duda alguna. Y si volvemos, allá que iremos

You can't beat the location. The apartment is in the most desirable touristy spot in Rome, next to Piazza Navona. The apartment is in short walking distance of many attractions: the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican, and many more.
It is very quiet, a rare feature in many Roman apartments. Fabio is a wonderful host. He met us at the apartment, helped with luggage, and offered information about the area. He was also there at the check-out. He offered his help with anything we needed. Overall, he made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend the stay. The place is perfect for a couple or a single person.
The kitchen is somewhat small, but we didn't plan to cook and ate out. It has a kettle, a microwave oven, and a stove.

This is one of my most magical stays ever. The apartment is located conveniently close to everywhere but in a tucked-away alley that’s quiet and safe. It’s super spacious for Rome standards and tastefully decorated. Everything is brand new; the gorgeous flooring, modern and clean bathroom, and comfortable bed made the stay perfect.
The host was the sweetest person, waiting for us at check-in. His son even helped us with our suitcase. He insisted to come and greet us at check-out, showing how much he values his guests.
This is what a non-hotel stay is all about. I’ll always come back here when I’m in Rome. There’s a reason this place is so highly rated—it truly is perfect!
