Lägenheten är mycket rymlig, ljus och fräsch. Den har AC i både vardagsrum och sovrum för varma dagar, och en liten mysig balkong. Där finns allt som behövs, inklusive tvättmaskin. Köket är välutrustat, möblerna är fräscha och sängen är bekväm. Läget är utmärkt för ett besök i Budapest, en bit söder om centrum på Budasidan (västra sidan) av Donau. Lägenheten ligger på en lugn sidogata till en större väg, med ett par minuter till närmaste hållplats för spårvagnar. Ytterligare några minuter bort ligger en livsmedelsbutik. Det fungerar alldeles utmärkt att hoppa på spårvagnen och komma direkt in till Budapests historiska centrum för att turista eller besöka de varma baden, och sedan kan man dra sig tillbaka till lugnet på kvällen. Området kändes tryggt och säkert. Ákos var en utmärkt värd, mycket omtänksam och trevlig, och det gick mycket smidigt att hitta och checka in med instruktionerna.
För min del fanns det inget som var dåligt med lägenheten, den var helt perfekt, men den passar inte för den som vill ha uteliv direkt utanför dörren; det går dock nattbussar.

We spent 9 nights here and found everything we needed for everyday comfort. The accommodation was very clean, newly renovated. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, we cooked every evening. The environment is calm and safe. There are several grocery stores and a frequent tram service nearby, and the metro 4 is just a few stops away. It was easy to get to other parts of the city. The host was attentive, very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed being here.

We were 100% satisfied with our stay and very happy that we chose this flat for our 5 days in Budapest.
The flat was extremely clean and very well maintained, which we really appreciated. The kitchen equipment was also high quality, something that stood out to us as we pay attention to these details. The coffee machine was excellent as well and made really great coffee every morning.
The bed was very comfortable, we slept really well every night, and the electric blinds made the room perfectly dark for sleeping.
The flat is also in a very convenient area, close to a great bakery and several grocery stores. There is also a fantastic canteen/cafeteria in the next street called Kisbig Bisztró, where we ended up having lunch almost every day, it is highly recommended!
Ákos was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host. He couldn’t do enough for us, always kept in touch, and regularly checked if we needed anything or how we were feeling.
We wholeheartedly recommend this flat to anyone staying in Budapest. Thank you so much again for your kind hospitality, Ákos!
