The description, photos and guests’ positive comments completely match our experience. My husband and I stayed for a week in September 2026, first time in the Perdika area. We immediately fell in love with the authentic architecture and relaxing atmosphere in this remarkable hotel. Its luscious gardens full of colorful bloom, herbs, citrus and olive trees were such a delight. It was the garden of Eden to us.
The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the staff is kind and professional, makes you feel comfortable and at home. The food is delicious, we enjoyed the healthy traditional Greek cuisine.
The beach very close and is a true jewel with its turquoise clean water, perfect for swimming and paddle boarding.
Can’t think of anything negative about the property.

The hotel is in a great location, as it is 20-40 minutes away from all the main things to do around there. Gorgeous pool and good sunbeds.The breakfast was amazing—it had everything and everything was delicious. We didn't eat at their restaurant, but a burger we ordered was amazing and high quality. The cocktail I had was very good, strong, and refreshing. The hotel was definitely value for money.
The downsides are definitely that the rooms are old and the bathrooms could use a renovation. But that doesn't mean the room isn't good or comfortable. It's a vacation, you just go there to sleep and shower. So, for that purpose, it was perfectly fine and then some.

Breakfast was excellent and value for money
Close to the beach and good value for money crystal clear waters and excellent service at the beach especially Amelia had great customer service skills always with the smile
