Dacă căutați o cazare liniștită, într-o zonă superbă care îmbină dealul cu marea, Olivista Hotel din Perdika, Grecia, este alegerea perfectă. Camerele sunt mari, spațioase și impecabil întreținute, iar atmosfera de aici este una cu adevărat aparte — relaxantă, autentică, exact ce îți dorești de la o vacanță în Grecia. Iar dacă vorbim despre ospitalitate, cea mai bună gazdă pe care o puteți avea este Mihalis, care te face să te simți ca acasă din prima clipă. Cu siguranțǎ vom reveni ☺️

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is family managed, was clean, beautiful and well maintained. Mihalis or Michael made our stay very comfortable and he helped with lots of information around, where to eat, where to go to beach. He speaks English French and Flemish which made our communication even better. The hotel is located 4 minutes walk from seaside which was very clean and has a fantastic pool well cleaned and maintained. You can drive to Perdika village on the hill for 15 minutes and there are plenty on nice restaurants. We visited the Church as well.
The breakfast was OK, almost same every day but should have more varieties. The only downside was that the bed was not very comfortable and made noticeable cracking /cracking noise every time we lay out or got up. Otherwise the overall stay was nice.

A very lovely place to stay.
The Olivista Hotel complex is located close to the village of Perdika and only about a five-minute walk from the beautiful and spacious Karavostasi Beach. The property also features a large, clean swimming pool, which is maintained and cleaned daily and is surrounded by a very pleasant and well-kept garden.
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Mr. Michalis, a very kind, friendly, and helpful gentleman. He explained everything clearly, and I especially appreciated his daily attention to our comfort and well-being throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was tastefully and practically furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned every day, which we greatly appreciated.
The apartment also has a fairly large balcony with outdoor seating and a drying rack for clothes. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was perfectly adequate, and the bathroom was spacious.
There are many beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, most of them sandy. Within about a 30-minute drive, there is a wide variety to choose from, so everyone can easily find a beach that suits them.
I would also highly recommend exploring the surrounding area, whether you are interested in culture, historical sights, local food, or shopping. If you are planning to visit Parga, I would suggest going on a weekday and preferably in the afternoon rather than in the evening, when it can become very busy.
Syvota, Igoumenitsa, Sagiada, and the springs of the Acheron River are also definitely worth visiting.
I can warmly recommend this accommodation and would like to thank everyone for a very pleasant stay.

Everything was absolutely exceptional and we didn't find any negatives with the property itself! The rooms were beautiful, modern, and brand new. The swimming pool was spacious and very easy to access. Parking was a huge plus, as there was plenty of space with great natural shade provided by the trees. The host, Mr. Michalis, was incredible—extremely hospitable, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed! The breakfast was delicious, rich, and truly homemade, with a different variety offered every single morning. Location-wise, the hotel is in a beautiful and strategic spot; if you have a car, all the main attractions and beautiful sights of Syvota are very close and easily reachable.
The internet was a bit unstable at times, but since we were there to relax, it didn't really bother us.
Note / Tip for future guests: Just as a helpful info for future travelers (not a fault of the hotel at all): the walking distance to the nearest beach is a bit long, and there isn't a mini-market within short walking distance. However, if you are traveling by car, everything is just a few minutes away!
