We had such a wonderful stay hosted by Filip and his family at St Martin’s in the heart of London’s Theatre District.
The location was absolutely unbeatable. We were within walking distance of so many of London’s main attractions, restaurants, theatres and transport options which made exploring the city incredibly easy. Being right in the Theatre District also gave the area such a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings.
Filip was a fantastic host from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and really appreciated how accommodating Filip and his family were.
The accommodation was perfect for our trip and made a great base for exploring London. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a lovely, welcoming host.

Phil exceedingly helpful and both very friendly. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Everything we needed. Location perfect.
Building and room need painting badly. Toilet didn’t work.

The location was perfect and comfy bed
It is a room in somebody’s flat - and they stay in the property at the same time. I didn’t realise this until turned up. Also the bathroom needs some care

The hosts were very friendly & accommodating
The fact that it was actually a spare bedroom in somebody’s flat which isn’t accurately described on Booking . Com .
Also the bathroom although clean is very bad need of updating & decorating etc !
Although not having a tv or mini fridge for one night is acceptable I would have expected maybe a radio in the room .
